The role will bring greater structure, governance and control to Incident and Problem Management within a busy operational environment. Key Responsibilities Own and coordinate Incident andamp; Problem Management processes. Manage incident life cycles through ServiceNow. Improve ticket quality, hygiene, updates and closure times. Identify recurring incidents and link them to formal Problem records. Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent resolution. Work closely with Operational Support and Hypercare teams.
