You''ll be speaking to customers who have already shown an interest in products by visiting the website. You''ll understand what each customer is looking for, recommend the right products and services, and support them through the purchasing process. Whether you already have sales or customer service experience, or you''re looking to start a career in sales, full training and ongoing support will be provided. Working Hours: You''ll work 16 hours per week Every Weekend - Saturday + Sunday working 9:00am - 5:30pm What You''ll Be Doing Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services. Building rapport and understanding each customer''s individual needs whilst recommending the most suitable products and solutions. Explaining product features, benefits, pricing and available options. Guiding customers through the sales journey from enquiry to purchase.
