As an Inbound Sales Support, you'll play a key role in our customer journey by converting incoming enquiries into appointments for our experienced field sales team. No cold calling! You'll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in our products and services.

  • Convert incoming B2C enquiries into qualified appointments for our field sales consultants.
  • Work collaboratively with our field-based sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers by actively listening to their needs and understanding how Ventrolla's products and services can benefit them.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by managing your own call schedule and identifying additional opportunities within our existing customer and enquiry database.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and complete daily reporting and related administrative tasks.

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Enjoy speaking with people and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Have a proven track record in a B2C telesales or sales environment.
  • Thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Have excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Are organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Are confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday within our Sales team.
