As an Inbound Sales Support, you''ll play a key role in our customer journey by converting incoming enquiries into appointments for our experienced field sales team. No cold calling! You''ll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in our products and services. You will be the welcoming voice of Ventrolla and Convert incoming B2C enquiries into qualified appointments for our field sales consultants. Work collaboratively with our field-based sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Build strong relationships with prospective customers by actively listening to their needs and understanding how Ventrolla''s products and services can benefit them.
