The company provides a range of specialist testing services across workplace, legal and consumer markets, including DNA testing, paternity testing, drug and alcohol testing, and toxicology-related services. Following a record financial year and continued growth, the business is now looking to add an Inbound Sales Executive to its Direct-to-Consumer team. This is a warm inbound sales role, working with customers who have either called in directly or submitted an online enquiry and already have an interest in one of the company’s services. This is not a cold calling role. However, it is still a proper sales role. You will be expected to understand the customer’s situation, explain the relevant products clearly, manage sensitive conversations with empathy, and convert enquiries into sales.
