Inbound Sales Executive

CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Inbound Sales Executive to join our busy client in Golborne, WA3. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Nurture, maintain, and maximise revenue opportunities with our well-established existing customer base. Business Development: Identify, review, and proactively develop relationships with prospective new customers. Inbound Management: Act as the first point of contact by promptly responding to incoming phone and email enquiries. Bespoke Quotations: Prepare detailed, high-quality commercial proposals and custom quotations for management approval and client presentation. Client Engagement: Occasionally travel to conduct face-to-face customer site visits to strengthen key commercial accounts. Qualifications/Experience Account Management: Proven experience managing commercial accounts and driving customer retention. Field Sales: Prior experience in field sales or a willingness to travel for client facing meetings is highly advantageous. Workload Prioritisation: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage own diary and multi-task under pressure. Communication and Service: Outstanding customer service skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication. Technical Literacy: Fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
