Working for a well established Insurance Broker you will be taking inbound calls from customers enquiring about renewing or upgrading their insurance policies. The idea candidate will have a proven track record in Customer Services, Sales or Account Management. Have a hungry approach toward telesales, amazing attention to detail, be enthusiastic with the desire to succeed. Build rapport with customers while renewing insurance policies over the phone. Handling objection, any issues or counter quotes from other insurance providers or brokers where necessary in a professional way. Taking policy details ensuring every piece of information is correct and managing the relevant paperwork. Scoping out opportunities for other potential insurance policies to quote or referrals to pass over to the sales team.
