Your Duties as Inbound Sales Coordinator will include:Act as the first point of contact for customers and external suppliers, delivering an outstanding customer experience.Manage inbound enquiries and efficiently book appointments inline with service level agreements. Conduct outbound follow ups to re engage leads to maximise conversion opportunities.Coordinate diaries and schedules to ensure smooth operational flow.Handle incoming leads and guide them through the journey.Provide clear product information and support customers with finance applications and payments.Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.Support customer feedback processes and contribute to continuous service improvement.
