Inbound Sales Advisor

Location: Loughborough Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Full-Time 40 hours per week Start Date: Monday, 14th September 2026 The Role Are you confident speaking to customers and enjoy helping people find the right products? We re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inbound Telephone Sales Advisors to join the team in Loughborough. You ll be speaking to customers who have already shown an interest in products by visiting the website. You ll understand what each customer is looking for, recommend the right products and services, and support them through the purchasing process. Whether you already have sales or customer service experience, or you re looking to start a career in sales, full training and ongoing support will be provided. Working Hours You ll work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm One weekend shift every two weeks, working 9:00am 5:30pm What You ll Be Doing Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services. Building rapport and understanding each customer s individual needs whilst recommending the most suitable products and solutions. Explaining product features, benefits, pricing and available options. Guiding customers through the sales journey from enquiry to purchase. Processing payments and assisting customers with credit applications and finance options.
