Job Advertisement: Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors (Temporary Contract)
On behalf of our client, a well-respected building society, an exciting opportunity has arisen for Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors in Swindon. This is a temporary role for a duration of 12 months, offering a competitive hourly rate of -14.56, with a dynamic shift pattern between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Sunday.
What''s on Offer?
Pay Rate: -14.56 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (12 months with a view to going permanent)
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, with 6 weeks'' notice of your shift schedule. Shifts include:
- Early: 8 am - 4 pm
- Mid: 9 am - 5 pm / 10 am - 6 pm
- Late: 11 am - 7 pm / 12 pm - 8 pm
Note: The week you work late shifts, you will have that weekend off! Some weeks may require six days of work leading into the following week.
Role Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Engage with a variety of inbound calls, providing essential support to our client''s members.
Receive comprehensive training before taking any calls, ensuring you are well-prepared.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team, even from home, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle a high volume of calls (upwards of 40 members daily), guiding them through online banking and discussing a wide range of products and services.
Adapt your communication style to meet the diverse needs of each customer, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
About You:
