In-Work Support Advisor Liverpool Up to £29,252 per annum 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays, contributory pension Full-time, Permanent Job Description: We are recruiting for an In Work Support Advisor to provide ongoing support to individuals who have recently secured employment through a welfare-to-work programme. This is a rewarding opportunity to help people sustain employment, overcome workplace challenges and progress in their careers. You will work closely with participants during their first months in employment, providing regular guidance, practical support and interventions to help them successfully retain and develop within their roles. You will also collaborate with employers and Employment Advisors to ensure participants receive the support they need to achieve long-term employment success. The role involves:Providing regular support calls and check-ins with participants who have recently started workIdentifying individuals who may be at risk of losing employment and escalating concerns appropriatelyOffering practical advice, guidance and problem-solving support to address workplace challengesLiaising with employers, where appropriate, to help resolve issues and promote positive outcomesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date participant records in line with contractual and organisational requirementsMonitoring and recording employment changes, including role progression, job changes and job lossesWorking collaboratively with Employment Advisors and colleagues across ..... full job details .....
