Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in London for an In-Store Sales Assistant (Pop-Up Events) to join their expanding promotions team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across pop-up events, in-store promotions, retail campaigns, shopping centres, and brand activation events, representing nationally recognised charity campaigns. Every day brings a new location, new customers, and new opportunities to create positive conversations while raising awareness for meaningful causes.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and structured development will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates, career changers, and anyone looking to develop a career in sales, customer engagement, or events.

About the Role

As an In-Store Sales Assistant (Pop-Up Events), you''ll represent inspiring charity campaigns from professionally branded promotional stands and event spaces within busy retail environments.

Your role is to engage customers, build genuine connections, explain the charities'' missions, and help supporters sign up to make a lasting difference. You''ll deliver an outstanding customer experience while working towards individual and team performance goals.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Representing nationally recognised charities at pop-up events and in-store promotional locations

• Speaking with customers through professional face-to-face conversations

• Raising awareness of charity campaigns, values, and community impact

• Building rapport and delivering an engaging customer experience

• Answering questions and explaining how ongoing support helps each charity

• Assisting new supporters through a clear and professional registration process

• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily performance goals

• Attending regular training sessions, campaign briefings, and ongoing coaching

What We''re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic individuals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in busy retail and event environments

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, or sales is beneficial but not essential

Earnings & Benefits

• Earnings (-1,935 per calendar month) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period)
