This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical engineering background who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction and coordinating support activity. The role is largely desk-based, acting as the first point of contact for customer technical enquiries, repairs, upgrades and defect reports across naval and maritime systems used globally. Key responsibilities include: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, defect reports and support enquiries Carry out initial fault triage and technical investigations before escalating to engineering teams where required Coordinate UK and overseas field engineer visits for repairs, upgrades, surveys and emergency support Ensure engineers have correct travel documents, equipment and technical information before deployment Liaise with customers, engineers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure support activities are delivered on time Support FAT, STW, HAT and SAT activities Assist with technical documentation, service manuals, MoD paperwork and reporting ...
