This role acts as a liaison between INX and the customer and involves making ink among other responsibilities. As an In-plant Ink Room Manager, your duties will include:Performing technical service, color matching, ink production, and dispensing inkManufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs.Conducting onsite Quality Control tests on manufactured batchesManaging inventory and conducting monthly consignment countsMaintaining excellent customer relationships through superior serviceQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:A high school diploma or G.E.D.Effective color matching skills and the ability to pass a vision testExcellent customer service skills2 to 5 years of industry-related experienceEffective communication skills with peers and customersStrong written and reading comprehension, and math skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skillsThe ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequentlyGood organizational skillsPreferred qualifications include:Experience in labs, ink in-plant, or warehouse settingsSAP knowledgeCustomer service experiencePrevious experience in the ink industryAdditional InformationWe offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k), and more.
