DescriptionThe In-House Plot Sales Conveyancer will be: Managing a full caseload of new build plot sales from instruction to completion Drafting and issuing contracts, transfer documents and title packs Handling enquiries, dealing with requisitions and resolving title issues Liaising directly with sales, technical and site teams to progress matters Managing completions, post completion processes and filings with relevant bodies Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and KPIs Monitoring file progression and providing regular updates to stakeholders Mitigating legal risk and maintaining audit ready ..... full job details .....
