In-House Maintenance Engineer Salary: £36,000 per annum / £18.77 per hourLocation: Poynton, StockportHours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)Reference: ASPLIVThe Role We are looking for a qualified In-House Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established business, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of its site, equipment and facilities.This is a varied role suited to someone with a strong electrical background who is also comfortable getting involved with general maintenance and facilities work when required.The successful candidate must hold recognised electrical qualifications, including an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, alongside a 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the siteElectrical testing, inspection and fault findingDiagnose electrical faults and carry out repairsComplete general maintenance and handyman duties when requiredCarry out PAT testing and maintain relevant recordsSupport the maintenance of site facilities, equipment and assetsUse cloud-based safety and maintenance systems such as Atlas to document work and manage assetsEnsure maintenance work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulationsMaintain accurate maintenance and inspection recordsSupport call-outs and additional maintenance requirements when necessary Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalentStrong electrical maintenance and fault-finding ..... full job details .....
