Your new roleAs a litigation lawyer, you will report in to the General Counsel and provide legal advice and support across a diverse range of contentious matters. A significant focus of the role will be managing and supervising customer debt recovery litigation and enforcement activity while also supporting wider civil litigation work. Key responsibilities will include:Managing and supervising debt recovery litigation and enforcement matters. Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice on contentious and occasional non-contentious matters.
