Description The In-house Housing Solicitor will be: Managing a varied caseload of housing management matters, including anti-social behaviour litigation. Advising internal stakeholders on tenancy enforcement, possession proceedings and housing law issues. Representing the organisation in legal proceedings and working closely with external counsel where required. Supporting operational teams with proactive legal advice to minimise risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
