In-House Employment Solicitor - Locum

Employment Claims Specialist needed! £55 - £65 an hour This is a role for an experienced employment claims specialist to join a large in-house legal services team on a remote basis. This role is for someone to dedicate 100% of their time to employment law claims and cases. You will join an existing team of 3 other lawyers who dedicate themselves to litigation. The role is to manage mixed caseloads of employment related litigation, which may include: Unfair and wrongful dismissal (actual and constructive). TUPE / redundancy. Discrimination (age, disability, race, religion / belief and maternity / pregnancy / sex). Employment Tribunal preparatory work. Negotiating settlement agreements. Advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants / connected confidentiality issues. Grievance and disciplinary investigations. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment claims specialist. Experience can be gained from either the public or private sector.
