In-house Counsel – Commercial Property 5PQE+ (Renewables) – Cornwall. £80 - 100k – hybrid working options.Excellent opportunity for an agile commercial property lawyer to join a rapidly scaling developer who design build and operate solar and wind projects across the UK.Responsibilities

Advising and supporting on options, leasing, and titles in relation to new and existing sitesAdvising on commercial contractsSupporting on legal matters and coordinating with external lawyersAutonomous hands-on role with complete variety and a supportive backdrop to grow and developQualifications

English and Wales and/or Scottish Qualified with a strong real estate background5PQE+Experience in renewables would be advantageousSeniorities
