Description We are looking to find a lawyer for specialist in-house team focused on some of the most significant construction issues currently facing the residential real estate sector. This is far more than a traditional construction role. You''ll advise on: Construction contracts, funding agreements and warranties Major developer-led and government-funded remediation projects Building Safety Act issues and emerging legislation Complex and high value claims against developers, contractors and warranty providers Profile A successful In-House Counsel - Construction should have: Qualified solicitor status or equivalent legal qualifications. Experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents within the construction industry. Experience advising stakeholders on issues relating to the Building Safety Act.
