They are known for their culture and people focused approach.They are looking for an In-house Construction Lawyer to support their small in-house team from Lancashire office.DescriptionThe In-house Construction Lawyer will be:Advising on NEC and JCT contracts across a range of projectsManaging legal risk across construction and installation activitiesSupporting on other commercial contractsSupporting and managing internal and external stakeholdersProfileThe In-house Construction Lawyer should have a law degree and experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating range of commercial and construction contracts, namely NEC and JCT contracts.You will need to be commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to give robust legal advice to the business.Job OfferCompetitive salary up to £70,000 per annum.Attractive benefits package, including a car and performance-based bonus.Permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and development.Flexible hybrid working from Lancashire office (1-2 days in office ..... full job details .....
