In-House Commercial Property Solicitor

Our In-House Property Management Business client is seeking an experienced In-House Commercial Property Solicitor to join them from their North London offices. The firm offers hybrid working (one day remote per week), a salary of up to 90,000 per annum, on-site parking, early closing hours, and a range of additional incentives. You will be joining a family-owned business, acting exclusively for the firm''s group companies, which hold a substantial property portfolio across London and the South East. The successful candidate will support and advise a busy commercial property management team whilst working within an established legal team of three solicitors.Responsibilities for this In-House Commercial Property Solicitor role: Managing commercial leases for shops, offices, and industrial estate units.Handling 1954 Act business lease renewals (excluding litigation matters).Advising on land and title queries.Working independently with minimal supervision.Requirements for this In-House Commercial Property Solicitor role: Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial property experience, particularly in commercial leases.A minimum of 7 years'' PQE.Training and/or experience gained within a City or national law firm.Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.Benefits for this In-House Commercial Property Solicitor vacancy Salary of up to 90,000 per annum.Hybrid working.On-site parking.Early closing hours.Additional attractive incentives and benefits.If you''re an ..... full job details .....
