      <description>Location: Barnet | Salary: 85000.00-85000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our In-House Property Management Business client is seeking an experienced In-House Commercial Property Solicitor to join them from their North London offices. The firm offers hybrid working (one day remote per week), a salary of up to 90,000 per annum, on-site parking, early closing hours, and a range of additional incentives. You will be joining a family-owned business, acting exclusively for the firm''s group companies, which hold a substantial property portfolio across London and the South East. The successful candidate will support and advise a busy commercial property management team whilst working within an established legal team of three solicitors.Responsibilities for this In-House Commercial Property Solicitor role: Managing commercial leases for shops, offices, and industrial estate units.Handling 1954 Act business lease renewals (excluding litigation matters).Advising on land and title queries.Working independently with minimal supervision.
