They are looking for a Salesforce Customer Success Manager with a focus on Salesforce SaaS clients in the 1m- 10m ARR range. You will have experience maximising customer satisfaction and retention in a SaaS or technology services environment. What the Salesforce Customer Success Manager will be doing You will be responsible for leading the customer success function in both strategy and delivery -with a focus on lifetime value and customer satisfaction; combining operational leadership, commercial accountability and strategic development.
