This large-scale nuclear new build programme represents one of the most significant and complex engineering projects in Europe, offering the chance to contribute to a critical part of the UK''s long-term energy strategy. The Role Reporting to the Head of Nuclear Compliance, Audit and Performance Improvement, the IMS Governance and Assurance Manager will play a key leadership role within the Safety, Security and Assurance function. You will bring deep expertise in Quality Assurance and Integrated Management Systems (IMS), ensuring robust governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Operating within the "3 Lines of Defence" framework, you will lead assurance activities, influence senior stakeholders, and support regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, independence, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, highly regulated environment.
