The successful Improvement Engineer will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving equipment reliability and enhancing manufacturing performance across a highly automated production environment.You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing technical improvements and supporting reliability initiatives across electrical, controls and mechanical systems.Sector Factory Maintenance / Manufacturing ImprovementNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Improvement Engineer Previous experience within a manufacturing or automated production environment.Continuous improvement background within an industrial setting.Experience working with electrical controls, automation and mechanical systems.Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification.
