We’re recruiting for an Import/Export Coordinator to play a critical role – keeping international shipments moving, ensuring compliance and making a real impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing export and import processes
• Advising on trade regulations, shipping conditions and customer requirements
• Producing accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing specifications
• Coordinating shipments to ensure timely dispatch and collection
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to avoid delays
• Keep up to date with changing regulations and updating processes accordingly

 
What we’re looking for: 

• Previous import/export experience or related to logistics
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to multitask and manage own workload
