Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their logistics career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in global freight forwarding operations. You’ll join a dynamic and supportive team managing the movement of goods across road, sea, and air, and develop key skills across operations, documentation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multimodal freight operations (road, sea, air)

Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including customs procedures and Incoterms

Handle groupage, full loads, and direct deliveries

Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and customs authorities

Track shipments and ensure accurate customer updates

Support cross-functional teams including customer service, sales, and finance
What We're Looking For

Minimum 12 months' experience or an apprenticeship in freight, logistics, or supply chain

A genuine interest in international trade and transport

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Basic understanding of Incoterms and customs processes (training provided)

Organised, reliable, and eager to learn

Confident using Microsoft Office and logistics software systems (training available)
