Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their logistics career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in global freight forwarding operations. You’ll join a dynamic and supportive team managing the movement of goods across road, sea, and air, and develop key skills across operations, documentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multimodal freight operations (road, sea, air)

• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including customs procedures and Incoterms

• Handle groupage, full loads, and direct deliveries

• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and customs authorities

• Track shipments and ensure accurate customer updates

• Support cross-functional teams including customer service, sales, and finance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months' experience or an apprenticeship in freight, logistics, or supply chain

• A genuine interest in international trade and transport

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Basic understanding of Incoterms and customs processes (training provided)

• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn

• Confident using Microsoft Office and logistics software systems (training available)
