Import Specialist - Aerospace LogisticsLocation: FelthamSalary: £38,000 - £40,000Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch)25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysAnnual Salary ReviewThe RoleA fantastic opportunity for an experienced Import Specialist to join a growing aerospace-focused operation in Feltham.This role will see you managing the end-to-end import of high-value aerospace components, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, industry standards, and strict quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international imports of aerospace parts and materials Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and trade laws Prepare and review all import documentation (AWBs, invoices, packing lists, COO) Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners Monitor shipments and resolve delays or clearance issues Maintain accurate, audit-ready records Ensure all imports meet airworthiness and certification requirements Work closely with procurement, engineering, and quality teams About You3-5 years'' experience in import/export or freight forwarding Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations Experience working with freight forwarders and global suppliersExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Desirable:Aerospace or manufacturing experience Knowledge of regulatory documentation and compliance standards Understanding of Incoterms What''s on OfferStable Monday-Friday working hours Competitive salary ..... full job details .....
