We''re working with a well-established international freight forwarder with over 30 years of success and a global network spanning 100+ offices across 30 countries.

We''re looking for an experienced Import Sea Freight Operator to manage imports from China and the Far East, ensuring shipments move smoothly from origin through to final delivery.

The Role

• Manage FCL & LCL import shipments from China and the Far East.
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and customers.
• Arrange customs clearance and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor vessel arrivals and keep customers updated.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve any shipment issues.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in Sea Freight Imports.
• Knowledge of China & Far East trade lanes.
• Customs and freight forwarding experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple shipments.
