Your Role: Liaising with various customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, including shipping lines, hauliers, and depots. Raising internal files and preparing invoices. Processing supplier invoices and addressing any discrepancies as well as monitoring vessel arrivals. Organising collections and deliveries to ensure customer deadlines are met. Following up after delivery to confirm customer satisfaction and explore further opportunities for service. What we are looking for: A proven track record of at least two years working for a small to medium-sized freight forwarder. Experience with CNS and Destin8 is essential.
