Import Export Road freight clerk

You will be responsible for coordinating international shipments across Road, Air and Sea, ensuring documentation, customs requirements and customer service are handled efficiently.Key responsibilities:Coordinate import and export shipments across Road, Air and SeaPrepare shipping documentation including CMRs, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices and packing listsHandle customs clearance and ensure compliance with relevant requirementsWork with Incoterms and international shipping proceduresLiaise with transport companies, suppliers and customersTrack shipments and provide customers with regular updatesResolve delays and shipment issuesMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsMonitor shipment costs and profitabilityAbout YouPrevious experience in Import/Export or Freight ForwardingRoad Freight experience preferredGood understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentationKnowledge of IncotermsStrong communication and organisational skillsAble to manage multiple shipments and work to deadlinesGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office and logistics systemspm Monday to Friday ..... full job details .....
