Our client, a leading international logistics and freight specialist, is seeking Operations Assistants to join their busy London team. These roles are key to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing first-class administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesBook flights with airlines and agentsComplete administration tasks to support the operations teamRaise Export / Import Customs Entries on CDS (Descartes software - full training provided, experience desirable)Manifest and pre-alert flightsRaise T1 documents for road shipments (1-2 per day)Assist in the warehouse for approximately 1-2 hours per day (6 pm-8 pm) - no heavy lifting, shipments under 32 kgDesirable Knowledge and ExperienceImport SFD/FDE clearancesT1/T2 clearances/dischargesTemporary Admission clearancesImport/export of ATA Carnet and CITES goodsForklift licence (desirable, not essential)Dangerous Goods awareness (desirable)Driving licence (desirable)Monday-Friday 12 pm-9 ..... full job details .....
