Are you detail-oriented with a passion for international logistics? We''re seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to manage global freight movements from the EU and UK, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate export shipments and documentation with forwarders and shipping lines.
- Track and trace freight, ensuring timely updates and accurate data entry.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
- Drive process improvements and support team initiatives.
What You''ll Need:
- 1-2 years'' experience in export logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of ocean freight documentation and INCOTERMS.
- Familiarity with systems like SAP, ETMS, Edoc, and Expo.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
