You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end import process for airfreight shipments, ensuring cargo moves efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. The role also involves supporting European road freight operations where required, while delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end coordination of airfreight import shipments from origin through to final delivery. Receive and process customer bookings, providing accurate quotations based on customer requirements. Arrange transport services, including airfreight imports and European road freight, coordinating collections and deliveries as required.
