Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Import Coordinator who can bring energy, efficiency, and expertise to our growing business.What You''ll Do: As an Import Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our importing process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:Accurately and efficiently submit customs entries, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements Review and maintain all import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, phytosanitary certificates, and POAO certificates, ensuring accuracy and HMRC compliance Liaise with hauliers, customs agents, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve delays, documentation issues, or compliance concerns Track shipments proactively and provide timely progress updates to customers and hauliers Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, delivering clear and timely status updates Manage both personal and shared mailboxes, prioritising, tracking, and responding to enquiries efficiently Maintain accurate internal trackers, updating them promptly to ensure all information remains currentWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience in import coordination or logistics, with a strong understanding ..... full job details .....
