Implementation Support Officer
Lowestoft, Suffolk
£14.82 per hour
Full Time | Monday to Friday
9:00am – 17:00pm (Finish at 16:30pm on Fridays)

An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to help with the delivery of a large-scale operational improvement programme. This role suits someone organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation, accurate record-keeping and strong communication. You will play a key part in coordinating resources, supporting data processes and helping maintain efficient programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and fast issue resolution.
- Review, record and maintain programme data using Outlook and Excel, escalating complex queries when required.
- Manage procurement and distribution of PPE and essential resources, maintaining accurate stock levels and supplier communication.
- Communicate effectively with managers, operational staff, customers and members of the public to resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Prepare reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Carry out practical and administrative tasks to support programme delivery.
- Ensure compliance with governance, GDPR, data protection and health & safety requirements.
- Promote organisational values and behaviours in all aspects of work.
- Strong administrative experience.
- Confident using IT systems for data entry, reporting and document management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly and switch between varied tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
