Job Title: Project Analyst (Software Implementation)Location: Lincoln (Hybrid; approx. 2 to 3 days per week onsite)Salary: Up to £28,000 DOEA leading specialist software provider is looking for an analytical and client-focused Project Analyst to support end-to-end software deployments and platform configurations. Working alongside dedicated Project Managers, you will play a hands-on role in analysing data, resolving technical blockers, leading user training, and ensuring smooth client go-lives.Key Responsibilities System Configuration andamp; Implementation: Partner with project delivery teams to configure software solutions aligned with client specifications.Data Analysis andamp; Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve data anomalies, system errors, and implementation issues throughout the project life cycle.Client Training andamp; Go-Live Support: Deliver engaging remote and on-site training sessions for end-users, providing hands-on support during critical go-live phases.Progress Tracking andamp; Communication: Monitor implementation timelines against SLAs, manage core project documentation, and facilitate regular client and internal status meetings.Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for customer queries, building strong working relationships.
