Implementation Design Manager

Drive Critical Infrastructure Projects in a Highly Regulated EnvironmentOur Client has a requirement for an Implementation Design Manager, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Plymouth.Role Purpose: Assist and support the Design and Safety Manager in the delivery of project scope across multiple infrastructure work packages.Support the development, leadership, management and coordination of technical work packages during the implementation phase.Ensure design documentation meets operational requirements and is delivered to agreed standards, schedules and budgets.Support effective project implementation planning and contribute to technical planning activities.Ensure compliance with Quality Management Arrangements, Business Management Systems and Technical Manuals.Manage project documentation, records, configuration control and quality requirements.Support the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements within design activities.Liaise with Technical Authorities to ensure the application of relevant good practice.Promote and maintain a strong safety culture within the engineering team and wider project environment.Ensure personnel understand project hazards and risks through effective communication and risk management practices.
