We''re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their growing Professional Services team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on software configuration, data, testing and training. What you''ll be doing:Configure software solutions for customersPrepare, import and validate customer dataSupport UAT, testing and troubleshootingDeliver customer trainingGather requirements and produce implementation documentationWork alongside Project Managers on larger implementationsTake ownership of smaller implementations and customer changes. What were looking forExperience in software implementation, application support, onboarding, business systems or project coordination. Coming from an implementation, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar background;Strong data, Excel and problem-solving skills API knowledge Data Analysis knowledge Public Sector or Environment/ Life Sciences experience is essential. 1 x a fortnight in Surrey.
