Solution Consultant / Project Lead Software Implementation ERP Integrations Hybrid Competitive Salary + Benefits We''re recruiting for a growing software company looking for a technically strong Solution Consultant / Project Lead to join its Professional Services team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you''ll lead software implementations from design through to go-live, manage project delivery, and provide post-implementation support. You''ll work closely with customers, internal teams and third-party ERP providers to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end software implementation projects Manage project plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications Deliver integrations with ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP and MRI Work with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions Coordinate internal teams, customers and third-party partners Provide 2nd line support, upgrades and system migrations Drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement About You You''ll have experience in software implementation or technical consultancy and be confident leading customer projects.
