Implementation and Training Consultant

We''re looking for an experienced Implementation andamp; Training Consultant to deliver successful software implementations across our client''s technology portfolio.You''ll guide customers through the implementation journey, from planning and configuration to go-live, ensuring a smooth rollout and excellent user adoption. A key part of the role is delivering engaging customer training and onboarding, both remotely and on-site, helping users gain confidence and maximise the value of the solution. You''ll also work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer experience.What you''ll bring:Experience delivering software implementations or customer onboarding projects.Experience providing customer training, workshops or user enablement.Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of software configuration, integrations and data migration.Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.Experience using CRM or project management tools.PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification is desirable.If you enjoy helping customers successfully implement new technology, delivering high-quality training and driving user adoption, we''d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
