Implant Finish OperativeWe are looking for an Implant Finish Operative to join our client''s manufacturing team based in Sheffield.BenefitsLocation: Sheffield, S9Hours:5 hours per week - Day shift - Monday to Wednesday 6am to 4pm and Thursday 6am to 3.30pmPay: 15.25 per hourContract: PermanentThis is a hands-on production role involving the finishing and inspection of components to ensure they meet the required quality and dimensional specifications.The RoleYou will be responsible for a range of finishing and inspection duties, including:Straightening, buffing, linishing, mop polishing and vibration polishing componentsUsing linishing belts, Scotch-Brite and polishing wheelsCarrying out detailed visual inspections and quality checksUsing precision measuring equipment such as verniers, height gauges and shadowgraph equipmentLoading and unloading components and moving materials around the departmentCompleting production and timekeeping paperworkMaintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environmentWorking as part of a team to meet production targets and quality standardsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workGood hand and eye coordinationThe ability to carry out repetitive tasks accuratelyGood manual dexterity and grip strengthA good level of concentration for detailed inspection and measurementReliable attendance and good timekeepingA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamA flexible ..... full job details .....
