Impact Manager - Operations Contract: Permanent Function/Team: Operations Location: London, UK Hours: 40 Reporting to: Director of Operations Salary: £36,650 - £42,550, dependent on experience STOP THE TRAFFIK prevents vulnerable communities from being recruited, trafficked, and exploited. Our targeted prevention efforts disrupt the criminal business of human trafficking, making it too high-risk and low-profit to sustain. We''re looking for an Impact Manager to lead the way STT measures, evidences, and communicates the difference our work makes, coordinating our impact measurement framework, managing KPI data and dashboards, supporting grant and programme design, and turning evidence into clear reporting for funders, the Board, and SLT. What You''ll Do • Coordinate impact measurement across teams and partners, and maintain our indicator library and reporting templates. • Manage KPI data, dashboards, and performance reporting for SLT, the Board, and funders. • Support grant proposals with theories of change, logframes, and MEL plans. • Turn evidence into compelling impact case studies and stories of change. What You''ll Bring • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams. • Confident written communication, translating data into clear reports and stories. • Analytical skills, comfortable managing datasets in Excel or equivalent tools. • Experience using digital tools to improve reporting efficiency.
