Impact and Evaluation Officer Full or part time (a minimum of 28 hrs/wk), permanent Split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and Home Salary range £27,000 to £29,000 pa plus benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Widening Participation team in this brand-new role. As the Impact and Evaluation Officer, you will support the development of innovative evaluation frameworks, transform data into meaningful insights, and demonstrate the impact of our educational, access, participation and student success initiatives. You''ll use both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive continuous improvement, influence key priorities, and help deliver our mission of creating accessible opportunities and enhancing success for future built environment professionals. This is a brilliant opportunity to use evidence and data to shape strategy, improve outcomes, and contribute to the University''s vision to be the centre of excellence for built environment education. Your accountabilities and responsibilities include: Design, implement and continuously improve evaluation frameworks for institutional projects, programmes and interventions Produce dashboards, scorecards and performance reports for senior leaders and committees Engage with sector networks to identify emerging best practice in evaluation, student outcomes and widening participation Our main requirements: Previous experience in conducting programme, project or service evaluations ..... full job details .....
