This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building an evidence-based culture, integrating both data-driven insights and qualitative narratives to enhance outcomes for young people. You will be working for a charity that transforms the lives of care-experienced young people through employment targeted interventions.  Position: Impact and Evaluation Manager Location: London Waterloo/Hybrid (2 days in the office for full time and 1 day for part-time staff) Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 FTE, pro rata for part-time hours Contract: Maternity cover, fixed-term for 12 months, with potential for extension Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered) Benefits: 27 days annual leave plus public holidays, 4% employer pension scheme contribution, professional development opportunities, individual professional development allowance and access to a Health Assured Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
