IMMIGRATION SOLICITOR Location: Office-based in Bedford or Hybrid Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9.00am 5.30pm Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience plus benefitsThe Role of Immigration SolicitorYou will manage your own caseload and provide high-quality legal advice across a broad range of immigration matters, including: Business, Work, Student, Family and Visitor visasSponsor Licence ApplicationsAdvice on migrant employeesSettlement in the UK and Indefinite Leave to RemainExtension ApplicationsBritish Citizenship and EEA ApplicationsHuman Rights and AsylumDeportation and Removals Candidate Specification for this Immigration Solicitor role A minimum of 3 years PQE as an Immigration SolicitorStrong client care skills and the ability to provide professional, competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of ConductProven experience managing own caseloadExcellent drafting, writing and communication skillsStrong IT and technical abilitiesEffective business development and marketing skillsThe ability to generate fees in line with agreed targetsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines Apply NowIf you are an experienced Immigration Solicitor looking for your next career move, we would love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
