Immigration Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 3-5 years'' PQE and solid experience in UK business immigration law to further develop their career within a client-focused and commercially minded practice. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners, advising corporate clients on a broad range of business immigration matters. The role will provide the opportunity to develop strong client relationships while working on a varied caseload involving sponsor licensing, visa applications and immigration compliance. Key Responsibilities Advise corporate clients on a range of UK business immigration matters, including: Sponsor licence applications, renewals and compliance Skilled Worker visa applications Global Business Mobility routes Expansion Worker applications Business visitor requirements Right to work requirements and checks Prepare and submit applications to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete. Assist corporate clients with immigration audits and Home Office compliance matters. Draft and review legal advice, client guidance and other immigration-related documentation. Keep up to date with changes to UK immigration legislation, Home Office guidance, policies and procedures. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, including HR and in-house legal teams. Work alongside the wider immigration and employment team on more complex matters where required.
