Job title: Immigration Partner Location: Lincoln (Teal Park) Contract length: 6 months rolling contract (with potential to go permanent) Work Structure: Onsite Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO and MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Immigration Partner to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. As an Immigration Partner, this role ensures the timely global deployment of Lincoln-based Field Service Engineers. You will manage end-to-end visa applications, ensure strict international compliance, and maintain a pool of active visas to meet KPIs for both scheduled and emergency work. Working closely with Resource Planners, you will evaluate workload forecasts to secure travel clearances in advance, preventing project delays and enabling seamless international operations. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to: Prepare, submit, and track all work visa applications, permits, and entry documentation for Lincoln-based Field Service Engineers to ensure timely global mobilizations. Monitor and enforce adherence to international immigration laws, embassy regulations, and corporate travel compliance policies to prevent border delays or penalties.
